BLT Salad With Bow Ties and Cheddar
Ingredients
- 2 cups bow tie or
corkscrew shaped pasta
- 1 package Dole baby
spinach salad blend/other variety
- 1/3 cup packaged bacon
bits
- 1 cup leftover Pioneer
Sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry, pear or
baby roma tomatoes, halved
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese,
diced
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
Preparation
Cook pasta according to
package directions. Drain well and rinse in cool water. Drain again.
Toss together salad
blend, pasta, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, and cheese in large bowl. Pour dressing
over salad; toss to evenly coated.
